Aurora is a flashy buckskin with abundant white, frosted ears and blue eyes. Aurora is a good natured girl with a bit of a bossy side. She has no problem lettings all the goats know she is the queen bee! Sadly Aurora is over height for Nigerian Dwarf standards, measuring in at 23" tall. Aurora started on milk test as a 2y old first freshener (FF) producing on average 32 -32oz of milk twice a day or about 3.5 to almost 4 lbs of milk daily at her peak producing 4-4.5 lbs of milk daily. She is on track to be over 1,000lbs milker. We couldn't be more impressed with her production, this FF is definitely on her way to getting her milk *.
By Aurora's 5th test at 169 days in milk she met all her needed requirements to get her AR* in all 3 categories!
